Lambert Somec is proud to announce its participation in to complete the plumbing, heating and cooling works at the Carré St-Laurent project in Montréal.

This new 350 000 square-foot mixed commercial complex will be entirely built in the BIM 360 mode by the Pomerleau Group.  As of June 2019, it will host a one-of-a-kind food court on the ground floor, the Centre d'Histoire de Montréal on the  second floor and 700 employees of the Government of Québec on the 8 floors of the South Tower.  The north tower could accommodate a hotel with about 150 rooms.

An underground parking lot with 175 places and more than 100 bike parking spaces spread over three levels complete the project.

Lambert Somec is pleased to collaborate with Broccolini Construction to realize the building plumbing, heating, ventilation and electrical work and all the facilities of the new Montreal based "Maison Radio-Canada".

The construction activities will spread out from September 2017 to December 2019.
