Pomerleau retains the services of Lambert Somec services in design-build mode for the plumbing, heating and cooling works of phase 2 at University of Montréal Hospital (CHUM).

Buildings B2 and B3, with 15 storeys of office and clinic spaces, on top of 5 levels underground parking and auditorium B4.

Works started in November 2018 will be completed in December 2020.
