Lambert Somec is pleased to announce its participation in the realization of plumbing and heating for the Condominium Project YUL in Montréal.

The 38 storey building will includes five floors of parking underground and more than 400 units of condominiums and townhouses.

The work led by Magil Construction should be completed in September 2017.

Lambert Somec undertook since December 2014, the process of obtaining OHSAS 18001-2007 which is an international occupational health and safety management system certification.

Lambert Somec chose to be a responsible leader in accident prevention on construction sites and in all work environments.

This new certification will add to its ISO 9001-2008 quality assurance certification to form and integrated quality health/safety management system.
