Immediately after completing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering in 1995 at Université Laval, Philippe Pelletier began working for an engineering firm and held a number of positions, from data analyst to project planner, also serving as a mechanical inspector.
In 2000, Philippe Pelletier took this diversified experience and his enthusiasm for industrial processes and joined Lambert Somec, where he discovered the stimulating environment of construction contracting. After gaining exposure to various aspects of the field, including estimating, bid preparation and work planning, he became a project manager, taking on bigger and bigger projects with each success he achieved.
In 2008, he became a co-shareholder in the company and director of the Industrial Mechanics and Piping Department. Having a positive outlook and approach, both at work and in life, is an important value to Philippe Pelletier, who every day looks after his partners, associates, colleagues and employees.
